Family Law and Succession

The study of family and succession law covers an extensive area of Brazilian civil law, including:

• The constitution of the family by marriage or stable union;

•The process of hereditary succession, with predominance for the rights of relatives, in the legitimate succession;

The purpose is to extend to all interested parties – professionals or laypeople in the legal field – a wide range of information that assists them in the understanding of family issues and points out solution guidelines so that the cold text of the law reaches justice in the hearts of men and women.
